My approach is active, depth-oriented, and intellectually rigorous.
Using a blend of Psychodynamic, Gestalt, and Jungian psychology, we go beneath the surface of burnout and transitions to reclaim your agency. If you’re tired of "cookie-cutter" coping skills and are ready to confront the deeper dynamics of who you are, this is the space for that work.
We will move beyond the “repeat button” of conflict.
Using the Developmental Model, I help couples and families understand the natural and often difficult stages of relational growth. Together, we work toward a more conscious and flexible connection, where each person can thrive as an individual while staying meaningfully connected to the relationship and family system.
This work is designed for the high-stakes dynamics of business partnerships.
Co-founder relationships carry the intensity of a professional marriage: dependency, pressure, conflict, and shared vision. I help co-founders move beyond surface-level disagreements to understand the deeper patterns driving misalignment, power struggles, burnout, and avoidance.
Our work focuses on building a more conscious and resilient partnership, where difficult conversations become possible, expectations are named more honestly, and each founder can act with greater clarity.
